1913 Top Chop (UPDATE Panhard & Levassor)

Thank you Paul Linster, Wyne Mikosz and Bob Swanson: the three of you agree on Panhard & Levassor. You do not agree on the year though, which shimmers between 1899 - 1904. So for the moment let's stick with 1902, comfortably in the middle. Wayne Mikosz ads: "The rear wheels with the "bowling pin" spokes appear correct as does the radiator/bonnet area as well as the design of the two matching headlamps, as well as the sharp edged spokes of the front wheels and extended hubs.However. I find no visual reference to fenders shaped as the "double wave" you describe in Panhard literature or for any other vehicle of the period, excepting on a Scania-Vabis (1911-1929) built in Sweden. The fenders shown in your pic are nearly identical to those I mention and as shown in the Georgano and Wherry volumes." Paul Linster was clever enough to refer to one our Automobilia Ads showing a different coachwork but otherwise much resembling 1899 P&L.... Will be continued?
