200 hours only...

by Paul Linster: "A certain time ago Jacques Potherat( peace to his ashes) and me discussed about the dramatic situation concerning Meccano, distroyed by Nintendo & Co. Yesterday I heard that the same situation threatens Lego (minus 25% X-mas-business) The discussion with Jacques brought me to the idea then to unite 2 Dynosaur systems. Meccano and Morgan Threewheeler and so in 3 months I built this car. The old style original Meccano wheels (10cm diameter gave me the scale 1: 6,5. I showed it to Jacques and he was absolutely enthusiastic about the result. There was one pic published in his "Petites Chroniques Impertinentes" almost 4 years ago. I had a lot of response by readers. Among those, two wanted me to build them a similar car. Of course I refused; about 200 hours spent; I had no plan, no nothing...
