This is a car with history that is ready to be passed onto a new owner.
Originally bought into New Zealand in 1939 and since passed through owners who have all looked after and respected the heritage of such a car. As with many cars of this vintage, it has had a couple of different bodies fitted with the latest prior to it participating in the 100th anniversary of the Peking to Paris Rally in 2007. This latest body is based on the Chapron style body from that period.
It has had work carried out on it over the years and records exist for this. The car will come with folders full of correspondence, records and manuals plus some spare parts. Detailed list available.
Personalised plate remains with the car.
Cost of Insurance and Freight to an overseas port is included.
