This Horch 854 represents one of the finest examples of pre-war German luxury engineering. Built on the shorter and more agile 854 chassis and equipped with the more powerful A-engine, this vehicle combines elegance, rarity, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Originally, only 7 chassis of the 854 series were delivered with Roadster bodywork, making this model exceedingly rare even in period. Due to the extremely small production numbers, replacement parts for this body style are practically nonexistent today—only true master craftsmen are capable of restoring such a vehicle to perfection. This particular 854 was rebuilt by one of the most renowned specialists in the field, known for outstanding metalwork and historically accurate craftsmanship.
The restoration was carried out over several years and executed without compromise. The result is a breathtaking vehicle restored to an unmatched, sensational standard—arguably among the very best examples worldwide. The car was TÜV-approved in 2014 and registered in Germany.
