Who is the man behind this four wheel drive T 53 Bugatti? No, it is not Lukas Hüni who drove his unique 53 up Prescott Hill last summer. Neither Jean Bugatti who crashed his one at the now threatened Shelsley Walsh (ShelsleyTrust.co.uk) in 1932. You'll have to change perspective. This is the work of the young Belgian artist Fries Reyntjens. A 'photographer' using acrylic paint in stead of Kodachrome. We don't know what his magic formula is, but one thing is sure, he is changing vintage photos in vivid emotional reports. Enjoy his work from a distance
by entering his roaring gallery here or go and meet the artist and his work at the opening of a new exposition next Friday 10 October in Deerlijk, Belgium.
