A mix of the exotic and the everyday

With these words Motoring Artist Debra Wenlock describes her fascination for Tourist Trophy racing. Several years ago she started to paint scenes of the legendary Ards Tourist Trophy races which resulted in a well received exhibition. Her book Campari & Soda Bread with 22 paintings on the Ards TT races sold out and is now sought after. In September Debra will have a new exposition at the Ards Arts Centre in Notherrn Ireland on her favourite theme of road racing. It will include new paintings of the Ards races and a selection of work on the 1950s Tourist Trophy races at Dundrod.
