Motorcycle horn, make "Cicca", Paris. Probably from the 1930s.
The unit is fixed to the motorcycle fame end a cable needs to be pulled so that the rubber drive wheel engages against the motorcycle tyre.
Appears to be mechanically complete but I have not had it installed on a motorcycle so I have not been able to verify that it works...
This is an original aftermarket oil sight gauge for a Model T Ford. It replaces the two taps on the sump to check the oil level. Typically a plug was fitted where the upper tap was, and this gauge was connected to the lower tap fitting, with the lower tap than attached to this gauge. The height of the gauge meant that is was easy to see the oil ..
