Rare 4 cylinder magneto made by Fellows London, I've tested it and it works, can send a video of it. 

Rare headlight in good condition. Overall diameter 23cms. Very good body, no dents. Only two small ones in chrome rim. Location: OS 43

These were used on larger, more expensive cars such as Packard, etc. This is a good, original magneto that turns smoothly.
