In very good condition considering its age. Very straight, no damage.  The alluminium  would polish up beautifully. The bakelite rim has a few small non structural cracks where the rim joins to the spokes.  The measurement are 16 3/4" diameter, the bakelite rim is 7/8"diameter, The hub is tapered 0.815" to 0.720" over 1.200".
