A lovely original copy of The Book of the Austin Twelve by Garbutt Twelvetrees produced one the late 1920’s. It contains 160 plus fully illustrated pages and covers everything from buying the car to repairs and maintenance. It’s in fair original condition with no lose pages and all complete. Probably a Lucas starter motor armature complete with bendix drive and 3 bolt mounting end plate.   Marked "124517 clock".  Bendix scroll is chipped at spring end otherwise good.  Pinion has 11 very good teeth.  Good springI will post world wide at cost, and have PayPal.

Complete except for rear bearing cover.  Does not run. sold for spares or repair.  No manufacturer's name so unlikely to be Lucas; possibly Rotax or CAV, marked 429   C22R and 7946 on mounting flange which is 3 bolt.    4" (105mm) diameter ;11tooth pinion with some wear to the teeth; Bendix scroll is good ;   2 terminals.  Marked clockwise rotation..
