Racing steering wheel.  "Le Sportif"  by Societe Normande. Pre-dating the Rene Thomas steering wheel (from the same factory).This one was fitted to a 1914 Racing Peugeot.  Full spring steel.  Like on a Rene Thomas, double layer of spring steel. 45cm diameter.
