Probably quite a rare little tool. Made by Swiss company "SCINTILLA' for adjust the points on their magnetos. If you have a car fitted with a Scintilla mag, then this little spanner (only 72mm long) will be needed in your tool kit.  Worldwide delivery available. 

An original vintage car dashboard clock made by Smiths of England. c.1920's or earlier. Sadly glass is cracked, but easily replaceable, but otherwise has nice original nickel plated patina.
