This Mercedes Benz 320 1938 cabriolet D is in an excellent condition. Recovered for years in Germany and with very little use since then.

This particular car was designed by C.F Beauvais and built on the Standard 10 chassis. It is an elegant looking car which is in sound and presentable condition both inside and out. It is a rare and good looking car which is stylish, well built, reasonably priced and pleasant to drive. Ideal for touring holidays and rallies!

Recent complete nut and bolt rebuild, including all bodywork. Full steel crank and rod engine by David Taylor. Requires upholstery and minor finishing. 56 years of racing history. A rare opportunity.

Restoration project....never completed. Pre-war Brooklands history, vast racing history with Malcolm Cann in the 70's and 80's. Very well known car in this period. Chassis and body rebuild by Morntane Eng. in the late eighties. Upholstery in magnolia hide, wiring in place. Requires engine rebuilt and enthusiasm to complete.

The car is featured in the Michael Ellman-Brown book "Bentley - The Silent Sports Car" on Page 105. It is a nice driving car with some patina and will need slight attention concerning the body.

Due to its sportive looks the 370 S Mannheim was soon regarded as the “little brother†of the famous Mercedes SS. Even the works racing driver Rudolf Caracciola owned a 370 S Mannheim for private purposes. The history of this car is well documented. In 2004/2006 it was professionally restored to a very high standard.

This practical Lancia Artena was developed on demand of 'Il Duce' to transport people and goods. Based on the Astura chassis but powered by a modest 4 cylinder in line 2,0 l engine.
