Big Belgian mystery motor

There’s not much to go on with this photograph. And so we thought we’d share it with you since you guys love our mystery motors here at PreWarCar.com. You’ve cracked hundreds of hard nuts in the past, so this should be an easy one!

Perhaps, or perhaps not? Could the pointed, Benz-like radiator be a good clue? The body style might be another. All we know is that this picture was taken somewhere in Belgium sometime in the 1920s. But we’re not so sure whether this is an FN, a Minerva or an Imperia. We can see a little plaque on its side which may show that the vehicle wasn't quite so locally manufactured. D’Ieteren, Jonckheere, Snutsel? Who can tell us?

Looks to me like a Panhard et Levassor c1925ish, potentially an X29.
The circular radiator badge on the "V" with PL in the centre and an 'S' either side for "sans soupapes" i.e valveless engine.

This is a seriously good-looking car, thanks for sharing! However, I don't know where you see a "Benz-like radiator", which looked completely different (see my attached photo showing a post-WW1 Benz). I'm hardly an expert regarding French or Belgian automobiles, but in my opinion it's pretty obvious that the car in question is a Panhard from the early 1920s.
