After persistent rumours during last weekend's Techno Classica , the editorial staff of PWC was informed about the news only minutes before midnight. Negotiations were concluded at the Tokyo room of the Schiphol Hilton, Amsterdam airport. Details of the 100% take over are to be published in a press release that will go out around noon London time. A spokesman did not want to comment on the future of PreWarParts, but added later that "road to future was paved in past".
