Churchill in a Citroën...? (UPDATE III )

Updates III: The non-Churchill non-Citroën is still on peoples minds...: Robert Pennington came up with the interesting suggestion: "Is it a 10.8 HP Riley? " Check: Rob's Riley Pages. We prefer to stick to the rather solid view of French car specialist Fons Alkemade who writes:"there is a fair chance this is a 1922 De Dion Bouton." Check: PAC pages (NL)
UPDATE II: Mike Tebbett "I am not sure that this is a Citroen B2 - or indeed a Citroen. The windscreen shape (and windscreen supports), hood shape and door shape seem to look wrong, as does the wing, scuttle, and body proportions. The spare wheel fixing looks different to the B2's I have seen, and some sort of greaser access point half way down the side valance is unusual on a B2 - but then, I could be wrong! - but RHD on a B2 was a special order." Jan Stellingwerff found another RHD B2 at Citroen.mb.ca. Thank you Jan and Mike!
Update by Christopher Haas (Germany): "this is surely a Citroen B-2 (10hp) (see the end of the rear-wing) the wheels, the wings and also the small part of the chaussons radiator makes ist looking as a Citroen. But if it really is a Citroen, it has to be a really rare version, it´s a RHD with the Spare-wheel on the right side..... very interesting! The B-2 has been produced from june 1921 to october 1925. 106.800 cars have been built. It has a 1,453 ccm 4-cylinder engine with about 20 horsepowers at 2100 rpm." (editor: NO reversed print, rear tyre reads 'Michelin Cablé' in non-mirrored writing)
EARLIER TEXT: To take away all doubts immediately, just click the photo to see this gentleman not smoking a cigar but a pipe..! Still a nice photo with the man hardly fitting in his tourer. Also we are eager to learn from you if it is a Citroën (10 HP ?) or not.
