Fine hotels in Cannes.

There was a time when tourism was a rare word. And going places just for fun was for the rich & very rich. In those days the South coast of France had a few very good hotels of which some survive to this day. Not so with the here depicted 1864 Grand Hotel, that was demolished in the late fifties and rebuilded in a way that you will not and don't want to recognise it.
