Our dirty clothes are still in the laundry. We just finished the exciting recce for the Peaks of the Andes.
After the Peaks of the Caucasus, Adriatic, Andes and the Peaks of the Alps, it's time for the Andes.
Twenty-four days of driving over mostly excellent asphalt and a limited average of 290 km a day so that we have plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, the beautiful hotels and each other’s camaraderie. 
The landscape of the high Andes is something from another world - another constellation, I should say. Driving for days at over 3000m between the high peaks and volcanos with ever changing rock colors and light. You must see it to grasp the beauty of it.
We will not just drive through this amazing landscape; we will be involving the local car clubs and population as much as possible. They will help us with some challenges along this 6000 km adventure.
