Go Texaco !

For the first half of the 20th century the paraffin pedlar was a common sight in many countries. In those hard to imagine days without electric power we relied on him for the regular supply of paraffin to illuminate our houses, cook our food and get some warmth in wintertime. They turned up every couple of days to exchange the empty paraffin cans for freshly filled ones. The Texaco pedlars not only originate from a company with a rich history but imagine the service as they may well have supplied petrol to your doorstep in those handy two gallon cans....
