UPDATE : Probably no Star but an Essex or Hudson, according to dave of www.DurantCars.com
Earlier text:
That's what the fruit crate says. Looks like the man is running his roadside business right at his orchard . Guessing the make car is harder. Could it be a Star(Durant) M type of 1926-1928, while the hubcaps carry a starlike logo
? There is reason for doubt, as the Star logo had five points, and these hubcaps have a six pointed star. Feel free to send your comments.(photo collection editor)
