Hot Mag .

Filmmaker Luis Bunuel wrote in his memoires that the spark of lust only started fading away after he was 75... Not so for this badly corroded magneto just found by Keith Canouse. "...the mag came from a 1918 Packard truck engine that i bought as a spare... the truck sat outside for so many years that the frame rails rusted completely in half..........there for the truck was salvaged for parts...........the mag is a bosch DU 4."
The mag may look like 'dead meat', but one turn and -kritz!- a strong, bright blue spark. No Magneto Magician (worth a 'detour') needed to wake up this baby. More sparkling stuff down here, including an original Bosch spares kit. When window-shopping for mags, you might as well check the carbs department as well.
