UPDATE by Paul DeLucchi: "What you've got there is the Buick "Bug" of 1910. What you've got there is the Buick "Bug" of 1910. Compare this picture from the Sloan museum. This car was quite a sensation on the track in its day, and had its moments of victory though not as many of them as you might think. If memory serves there were fewer than half a dozen made.
