Les Fords de France....

To be honest I have to admit never to never having seen a MatFord before until two weeks ago, but it is always good to learn. Especially during this 100th Ford year. MatFord was born as the result of a cooperation between Mathis and Ford. The French Fords were built in the Mathis factory buildings of Strassbourg in an attempt of Mathis to save his business, which was in vain. The name MatFord lasted from 1934 to 1939.
