John Small of Edinburgh sends this photo of his perfectly restored yet humble van and writes: "Lucien Rosengart was granted a licence to manufacture Austin 7's in Paris, France from Lord Herbert Austin in June 1928 and with the assistance of Jules Salamon a small 3 seat passenger 'le babe' was produced, with 3 individual seats the third being positioned transversely at the back right hand corner. An article in the 'The Autocar' in June 8th 1928 also stated that a light van will also be marketed. The first 100 cars where built using Austin 7 chassis with Rosengart manufactured components. The example here is a 1928 LR2. "
Owner John Small who runs the UK Rosengart Register also made the photo. Location is the former Edinburgh Corn Exchange.
