One out of four Premier-s. (UPDATE I & II)

What we do know: there have been several makes of car with the name Premier. Three of them in Europe, but these all had deceased before 1920 when this Premier was built. So that leaves us with the Indianapolis Premier. See this listing for all known local makes(Indianapolis Auto Museum). Also you can find a few details about the racing Premiers, see the 1916 Indy results (www.Indy500.com). Here you can also find a great photo of a Premier: the 1916 pacecar. But who can explain the background of the avant-garde technique of this Tourer? It had an electromagnetic gearshift and almost full aluminium engine. Remember it is 1920...!
