Prewar lady with postwar car ? (UPDATE: Worblaufen)

An enchanting 'twen' aside her special bodied Traction Avant. Presumably it is a one-off design from Worblaufen, Switzerland, but we are not sure. Maybe our Swiss friends can trace back the car based on the Basel registration. The bad news is that we suspect the car is more likely 1948/50-ish than prewar. The good news is that in that case the charming young woman must be prewar at least. The photo was sent by Mike Tebbett who is looking for exact identification (of the car). Contact Us

Update: Both Frans Vrijaldenhoven and Stuart Penketh confirm this TA has a body by Worblaufen. Stuart: this link shows the Worblaufen TA 15/6 of 1948.
