Rally Barcelona-Sitges last Sunday.

A rally that is not very well known outside Spain is Sitges-Terramar. One can look at it as the Spanish London to Brighton Run. A 30 kilometer run along the winding old coast road from the heart of Spanish car indusry Barcelona to the stylish beach resort Sitges. The Run is eligible for pre 1924 cars only and is being held since 1958. The first year only cars built before 1919 were eligible. Lacking enough cars of that vintage, rules were modified slightly. This year 92 cars participated, varying from a 1898 Arché Frères threewheeler, this Orange-juice colored 1919(?) Mercer to rarely seen Spanish makes like Elizalde and Auto Hispana.
