Save the Registration, throw away the Car...?

The paint is slightly faded since the car was picked up new from the UK dealership in 1902. The owners saw little point in selling the car over the years and generations to follow. On the contrary, the little, shy Peugeot was an apt birthday present for young motoring enthusiasts in the family. First it was given to a lad who became 18. Later on to a young man for his 21st birthday. For unknown reason the car has not been in use since 1960. And also it is not known if it ever participated to London-to-Brighton.
