The best place to (s)crash your Bugg: Prescott Hill.

It's never a great idea to get a scratch on your beloved vintage racer. But when you do it, do it right. Like next weekend at Prescott Hill(site of VSCC). The hill is owned by the British Bugatti Club since prewar times. This very short strip of funtrack is capable (in our view) to deliver one of the very few top events of the globe. 1. In terms of atmosphere: utterly British in the good sense of the word(the vast majority of participants do camp next to their Lagonda M 45 or their Austin 7 Nippy; brothers in arms). 2. It's not overgrown with commerce; yes there are few stands and one or two VIP tents, but that's certainly not the overall impression. 3. The Prescott Hill secluded parking area is 100% vintage. I have never seen so many prewar racers, tourers, boattails, skiffs, phaetons and more together. Just do it! And be proud of the scratch. (photo collection editor)
