The French-Spanish border. (UPDATE II)

This is a postcard that was sent in 1950. An interesting border scene between Hendaye(F) and Irun on the Spanish East coast. A big Daimler saloon is parked on the right of the street at the bar 'Chez Simon'. An American piece of metal is just crossing the border into Spain. A Portugese licensed Wolseley(which type?) parked at the French customs. But now the car on the far left with a young lady leaning in with her leg resting on the foot-board. Who can tell what car it is? We added an enlargement for your convenience. Your suggestions are welcome at [email protected] UPDATE: our thanks to Henri Arriëns and François Raynaud who both told us this is a 1934_1939 Citroën 'Traction Avant' Cabriolet with an aftermarket radiator grille. Now who can tell which grille this is? UPDATE II by Julian Marsh of Citroënet.org.uk :'The wheels look ..... (photo postcard 'Elce')
