This photo from around 1905 is showing " L'Automobile du Roi-La machine de course " (The Car of the King - the racing car). Location is the Royal Palace in Bruxelles. Today, 16 March 2005, something like 100 years later another Belgian King, Albert II will go out for a ride as well. When you know todays traffic in Brussels, it probably will not be in a racing car. But who knows what kind of car Albert II prefers? Anyway, he will go out to attend to a most important event, automotively speaking. We will give you a full report tomorrow.
