Unidentified Gauge Cluster.

"BlueBrassEye" from Wichita, Kansas sent us this photo of an unknown set of gauges which he found in a bunch of old car parts at a yard sale. On the back (click here to see that) it does have a marking of a C with two lines through it and a small o inbetween the ends of the C. Then it has a 5 digit number under that. Any ideas?
