Wanted. Badly. Madly!

This is a drawing by Per Westerberg from Sweden. He needs a very specific kind of kerosene lights for his early French car of the make Chenard Walcker. Per is the right kind of old car nut. He knows his chances are low. Very low. X-tremely low to find that lights. Even with this highly sophisticated worldwide searching device called Prewarcar ... ;-) Yet there was a moment that he decided to sit down at night - or maybe a rainy Sunday afternoon - and based on his scarce information and reference material made up a drawing of the headlights he is out for. With in mind something like 'What the heck' or like the US-lottery had that had this slogan a few years ago 'Hey, you never know...'. So he made up his drawing and did the major gamble to put up a $ 10 ad. Big deal, there are easier ways throw away good money. We'll see..., we'll report... We have seen stranger things happening on these pages. True Connecticut car connoisseurs never heard of the carmake 'Prior'. Not prior to yesterday...
