What is your next car going to look like?

Now when you go out shopping for a new set of family wheels or a new four door business profile, you will look differently and indeed make a different choice. But now for your project, leisure car or concours object things are quite different. You want it to be different. Away with certainties. Away with guarantees. Away with monthly payments. Just go where the heart leads you. Make terrible mistakes...or play your cards better then you ever will do in Monday-to-Friday life. Just live and go for the fun of it, choose with your belly, not your brains. When you have done your homework well (and at the same time didn't leave your brains home completely) there is an option, the possibility that you come home with something really good. A motorcar that makes you happy and your friends terribly envious. A car that is recognised but also has this very special edge to it. Like for instance this 1932 Alvis. Any connoisseur will see it's an Alvis allright. What they don't see you can tell them with an arrogant whisper. "It's not the standard option, it's probably the only ex-works experimental vehicle which was not scrapped. Want to see proof? Just click. ... It's mine now." Now it's totally irrelevant if it is this Alvis or any other antique car. What counts is the story that comes with the car. The story will always start, also when at times the real metal fails.
