Recently listed by Vintage Parts Belgium is this mobile instrument to check battery condition(?). A wooden box, with Amp & Volt meter made by Luigi Martignoni, manufacturer of electric appliances at Nr. 5 Via Malta, Genova, Italy. Though the address including street view is easily found through google maps, we didn't find a trace of Dr. Luigi. Do you know about him? Contact Us

UPDATE by Stuart Penketh:"It would appear from an article in Time magazine 25th February 1924, that the illustrious Doctor, was the subject of some controversy, in his theories on Electro Theraputic devices, for curing Nervous disorders." (check this page at www.Time.com)
