A mystery car in Olszowa, Poland

Who can tell us what PreWarCar we see here? We received this picture from one of our readers. The only information we have is that it is taken in Olszowa in south-western Poland.

Does anyone recognise any of the features that can lead to confirming the make of this car?

Please comment below if you can help us solve this Monday Mystery.

I think Laurin & Klement radiator shape is closer to depicted car, rather than DIXI.
