Another bumper sitter Mystery (update: 1922 Buick)

Another unidentified lady pedestal. The girls in impeccable attire, note their boots! They must be sisters and the older one on the right isn't too happy with all waiting. She's looking away with an OMG ! how long is this gonna take... Of course we are far more interested in what's hiding behind them, a nice radiator perhaps. To many of you hubcaps alone and overall appearance will make this an easy guess. Too bad the orginal white or gray coloured tires ar seen so little nowadays. The nr. 1 reason appears to be the quick aging and wear of this type of natural rubber tire. Yet we can imagine that with todays technology it must be possible to manufacture a white or gray tire that will hold up reasonably well. Come on tire & tyre makers of the world, surprise us.

They can make coloured tyres for burnouts so it should be possible to make white or grey.
