Benedicto Reyna in a mysterious race car in Argentina

We hope you all had a good weekend. Last week we received this mystery picture from South America. The young man behind the wheel is Benedicto Reyna from La Cumbre, Córdoba, Argentina. But what make is the big racing car he is driving?

Something is written on the picture, which is unfortunately not very clear. Who can help us solve this Monday Mystery and tell us more about this PreWarRacer?
