Chassis question

I am thinking there were quite a few with that design. Without more photo's, comparisons with other cars from the same era, and especially without serial numbers etc, it could even be a number of "makes" that used that same chassis. Maybe even in a couple different countries. It will be interesting to find out, let us all know how your search for the identity turns out! Good luck!
