When on your way to the Beaulieu Autojumble you may see the building on this postcard. It’s in the little town of Brockenhurst situated in the New Forest, Hampshire, where ponies, cows and deer roam freely. You’ll have to cross the town when going from Lymington to Lyndhurst and on to the M27. It’s probably early morning as the bus has just dropped off the kids on their way to school. The scene is post-war but the MG VA tourer is certainly not. Its licence plate reads CHO 17. Does it still exist? Tell us! (postcard collection Karel Vermeer)
P.S., the Beaulieu wheather forecast according to Margaret Rowles, PR Officer: "...it's suncream not umbrellas that people will need at Beaulieu autojumble this year."
Update by Bas de Voogd: CHO 17
