We received an urgent email from Kayli Warmker who is a theatre major at the University of Evansville, Indiana. She writes: “We are doing a play that involves miming repairing and starting a 1926 Chandler Roadster. After much searching, I cannot find any video, text, or image that would help us know how the car would have been started. I was hoping that you might have some information that could help.” Well, we can’t, but we’re sure one of our readers can tell us how a 1926 Chandler must be started. Maybe there’s even a YouTube video?
And while on the subject of Chandlers, the image above comes from a Dutch advert telling of the big success at Zandvoort (the circuit or a concours). Any ideas what model this is?
