Don't blame the 1923 Bugatti T32 Tank for slowness. The priceless vintage racer won't use a drop of petrol on the 500 km trip from the Mulhouse Museum to the show in Maastricht. It will travel dry, warm and comfy by truck to Hollands best carshow Interclassics Topmobiel that will open this Friday. The Tank will not be alone. No less than 11 Bugatti Grand Prix cars will be there to enjoy the expected crowds. But as you know, who says B, must say A as well, or was it the other way round? Anyway, when bored by the overkill of Bugattis, you can switch to Aston Martin. Only days before the official centennial celebrations start in London the Aston Martin Heritage Trust was most kind to borrow their crownjewels for the show. It is the oldest surving Aston-Martin, built in 1921 it is the fourth of five prototypes by Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. For sure we understand if you don't have the opportunity to fly in from Alaska or South Africa. So for those who stay at home we will keep you informed by presenting a bit of reporting straight from the show. (photos courtesy Cité de l'Automobile and Aston Martin Heritage Trust)
