This powerful Jap-powered GN was painted by Martin Squires from the UK. About 13 years ago his father-in-law introduced him to vintage racing and he has been hooked ever since. Martin has been painting for as long as he could pick up a brush, but it wasn't until last year that he started painting vintage cars full time. His main medium has been Indian ink as this gives a real period feel to the pieces, but recently he has been working in acrylic, producing characteristic work like this trials scene. This year Martin has been to several vintage car events displaying his work and running live painting sessions.
