Question Rotax headlamps

I inherited two large vintage ROTAX headlamps from my grandmother in Norfolk, England.  They are massive (approx 10 1/2" diameter and 8" deep).  Attached to each light are the mounting brackets.

The "story" I was told is that these came off a vehicle driven by Churchill following the war.  No other info than that as all involved with the story are now deceased.

They are currently collecting dust and I'd like to find them a new home where they would be appreciated.  Who knowns more about the lights and where they are off. And what value they have?

Thank you in advance for your help.
