Shed light on this PreWarCar in Norfolk
“You might be interested in viewing the attached photo. It was taken around 1906 outside the ‘Butterfly’ Arts & Crafts house called Voewood, in High Kelling, Norfolk. It has been suggested that this fine-looking vehicle might be a Darraq Flying Fifteen. Please can you shed any light on the subject?”
This message with the attached picture we received from Giles Aston. Knowledgeable readers, can anyone explain what car we see here and maybe tell us a little bit about it? Your help will be highly appreciated.

Darracq's did offer "long wheelbase" as an option but the bonnet(hood) looks longer also. Maybe it is a 24hp ? 5 litre as opposed to the 3 litre of the "Flying Fifteen"

That car is a 1905 Darracq, and in fact the “famous Flying Fifteen with Phaeton Tulipe and Side Doors” (according to an advertisement of that year). However, it has an elongated chassis in my opinion.
