What's it gonna be this year? Rain, snow or ...? In a country like Holland you never know. What we do know is that, whatever the weather, the roads will be narrow, the edge of the canals very close and the darkness treacherous. However, there will always be plenty of fun along the way, a hot cup of soup to get you going again, and at the finish a well-deserved prize if you are fast enough. On the Sunday before Christmas, this year on December 15, the 100 Miles of Amsterdam is held for the fifth time. High time to register! Those of you who have participated before, know what to expect. To all others: see you then, come well prepared and dress warm!
