The Alfa Romeo P2 is not a toy!

The Argentinian firm Vintage Racing Cars has been a specialist in the art of restoration of antique cars for many years. One of the first recreations they made was the Alfa Romeo P2. When they noticed how attractive this car was for the public, they thought how nice it would be if fathers could share their hobby with their sons (or daughters!). So they made another one, but this time in scale 1:2. Since then a limited edition of fifteen cars has been made. They are so meticulously detailed to resemble the original, that we would hesitate to describe them as children’s toys. On the contrary, they are “Baby Alfa’s” to be seen as a collector’s item.
