The Ellis Journey 29th and 30th June 2019 for pre-1905 Vehicles

Dear Ellis Journey Supporter
 

It is that time of year when the winter jobs on our old cars are coming to an end and we are starting to think about getting back on the road. All we need is a few fine days, which should be with us soon!
 

Since the last Ellis Journey there has been a lot of activity behind the scenes and we are planning for a bigger and better event this year. We have been having meetings with our friends in Datchet and I can say that there are a host of things that we have planned. This will provide things to do at the finish as well as to create a special atmosphere.
 

We notice that since the last event, the Transport Trust has erected a plaque at Micheldever Station which you will be able to see from the station car park. We attach a picture of it. I somehow think our run has prompted this plaque!
 

The closing date of 1 May 2019 for applications for the Ellis Journey is not that far off, so if you are planning on joining us, please send applications in soon. We already have a lot of entries. The Entry Form and the Entry Information can be downloaded from our website. These are accessed from the Entry Details tab, which is on our website at www.ellisjourney.co.uk
