Looking tuff, huh! This scene might look like Chicago during the last days of Prohibition, yet it's not! But even Al Capone and Lucky Luciano would have been interested to meet their counterparts from Romania. Judging by the licence plate this seemingly new 1934 Ford V8 is registered as a taxi in Bucharest. Chicago or Bucharest, this bunch of tough guys certainly look very imposing. But what are they trying to tell us? You have 24 hours to post a hard-hitting headline. The winner will be rewarded with the well-known PreWarCar brass plate.
