What is it? Quiz #380

Hey, here you go! This is a car you all will recognise. We thought, give them some slack while we are packing our bags for China4C and many others are preparing for Hershey. So yes it is easy, but... but...  we want to hear exactly - we mean e-x-a-c-t-l-y what it is. Year, Make, Model and every detail added ... or left out which you can find. Don't know if this is of any help but the photos was shot March 1933, presumably in Germany. No more extra hints.

Just read the Rules under Read More and start looking, looking, looking. This may finally be your chance to win the infamous PreWarCar T-shirt. Results will be published next Saturday October 11.

Quiz #380 is a Ford Model A, 1928 Tudor Sedan. Type 55-A. 1929 models had the same bodystyle but differed in many details from 1928. Most of these can't be seen in the picture but are e.g.
-head on centre bumper clamp ('28 round, '29 oval)
-Headlight lenses ('28 fluted, '29 fluted with prisms)
What to me makes this one a '28 model is the visible taillight. '29 model taillights were fitted with a pressed steel bracket to the mudguard. This I don't see. So it must have the forged bracket typical for 1928 fitted to the lower body. '28 taillights were cylindrical though. This one seems to be different. An accessory type?
Spotlight, possibly with rear view mirror, toolbox and trunk rack are definitely accessories.
Earlier PWC winner 2 times.

This appears to be a 1928 Model A Ford Tudor Sedan Interestingly, it has been fitted with a side mount spare tire, not often seen on these early Model As, perhaps it was done by a dealer at a later date. I owned one of these for a while and I miss it, but it was sold to a good Prewarcar.com customer in Great Britain.
